Tom: This sounds like it is going to be a great home, but with an October delivery, I am guessing that is why you do not have a photo, but only a rendering. May I suggest also putting a floor-plan layout in your post. I would think that would bring more interest. Also, you did not tell us the price of this lovely home.

I never put pricing on a listing in my blogs as this often changes. You can click-through and get current pricing and other photos. Floorplans and elevations are available as well.
Usually I only list their completed homes but lately they are getting them in the MLS sooner. I will go out and do a proper photo shoot once it's futher along.
